I am addicted to these new Black and White cupcakes!

1 pkg Pillsbury Chocolate Cake mix

1 1/4 c. water

1/2 c. oil

3 eggs

1 heaping Tbs. cocoa

1/2 c. sour cream

1 tsp. vanilla

1/4 tsp. instant coffee

Mix all with a hand mixer for 2 minutes till creamy and thick.  Pour into cupcake liners and bake 350 for 15 minutes.  Cool.

Frosting:

1 block cream cheese

1/2 c. granulated sugar

1/2 tsp almond extract

1 tsp vanilla extract

Cream well.  Add 2 c. whipping cream and beat till stiff peaks form.  Fill in a gallon sized zip lock bag and clip one corner of the bag and pipe frosting onto cupcakes!  Enjoy!
